Rina Mintz, PT says Bubble Bath game is in high demand!

Over the past year, I’ve been discovering the wonders of Timocco along with my employees.
Even kids over 9 years old with CP and normal cognitive abilities are eager to succeed in the games which allows me to focus on building the child’s endurance.
From my experience the children especially enjoyed, regardless of age or ability, the bubble bath game. They all understand the target of the game and it’s very easy to adapt the game to each child’s ability. Whenever the kids get to choose – it’s always a top choice!
For some kids playing Timocco at the beginning of the session really helps them focus for the rest of the session, while for other children I use Timocco as a reward at the end of the session.
I’ve used Timocco with some children over a number of sessions and in each progressing session we integrated a variety of other gross motor tools into the gaming experience (balance board, bolster, vestibular plate). The combination of the two has helped me create a level of involvement/engagement that I couldn’t achieve before using only traditional tools.
I regularly discover new possible ways to use the platform and the feedback from the families and kids has been excellent. One child for whom cooperation has traditionally been a challenge managed to cooperate for an entire session with the help of Timocco.
Lastly I’d like to mention that the parents are equally as excited about Timocco as the kids!
