The Timocco team just returned from Philadelphia at our 4th AOTA conference, and it was the best one yet! We were so excited to meet all of the therapists and professionals in the therapy arena, as well as the OTs of tomorrow (students).
We had a Timocco marathon playing over 500 games over the course of 3 days. It was great to meet therapists who have used Timocco for years and hear their feedback on our new platform updates. There was no shortage of smiles and energy at our booth as we continued to see eyes light up from visitors who weren’t familiar with Timocco yet, but they quickly caught on and played with us. The questions that visitors asked helped the team show off all of our unique customizable features. Some of our favorite interactions were with the children who were in attendance who were engaged with the games and couldn’t get enough.
Due to the Centennial Celebration of the Occupational Organization, there was information about the history of the profession along with cool black & white cutouts where attendees could pose for pictures.
On Saturday, Timocco was invited to participate in “Tech Day” where we ran into some research friends from The Ohio State University like Dr. Andy Persch and of his colleagues.
Occupational Therapy and OTs have come a long way in the last 100 years, and Timocco is certainly one of the most innovative tools for all different types of OTs as we move into the next frontier.
